Use of District Facilities        

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø has implemented a process designed to help make renting SCCSD facilities easier for both employees and the general public.

 



Facility Scheduling for SCCSD Employees

This process is to be used for ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø employees to reserve spaces for South Country School District internal events ONLY.  To utilize this module, you must be a South Country employee reserving space for a South Country School District event. If you are an employee and attempt to reserve space for a non-school district event, you will be denied approval.  


To reserve space in our buildings, please use the following link:   It will prompt you to 'Log in with Google'.  You can also access this program by click on the Incident IQ logo below.

Community Event Requests


Thank you for your interest in using our schools for events that benefit the youth of our community.  We appreciate your patience as we migrated our booking system to Incident IQ.


To rent space in one of the South Country School District facilities, please follow the directions outlined in the website linked below.  All community organizations must adhere to the protocols as written.

 

If you are a South Country employee and are affiliated with an external community organization, you must use a personal or community organization email address to create your account and organization in Incident IQ.  You are not permitted to use your South Country email account to reserve space for the external organization.  All requests submitted as such will be denied.  You must follow the process for external community organizations. 


To prepare to rent space, please have the following available:


  • Your organization’s Insurance Information, including effective dates
  • A digital copy of your organization’s Certificate of Insurance.
  •  A list of dates/times/ spaces you are requesting
  • A digital copy of your organization’s 501c3 certificate, if applicable
